INGREDIENTS :

  • Potato – 4-5( peeled and washed,chopped in thick peices)
  • Onion – 2 (cut into square shape)
  • spring onion – 1 bowl (chopped)
  • capsicum ( green and yellow) -1 bowl
  • green chilli – 2-3(chopped)
  • garlic – 7-8 (chopped)
  • white vinegar – 1tsp
  • soy sauce – 1tsp
  • green chilli sauce – 1 tsp
  • red chilli sauce – 1tsp
  • tomato sauce – 1tsp
  • schezwan sauce – 1 tsp
  • cornflour – 1tbsp
  • all purpose flour – 2tbsp
  • Black pepper – 1 inch
  • cooking oil
  • salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS :

  • Boil water in a pan.Once the water starts boiling,add potaoes.boil it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
  • turn off the flame,and drain the water . let it cool down completely.
  • add all purpose flour,carnflour,black pepper and a little salt.
  • mix it well.
  • Heat oil in a pan to fry the potatoes.put potatoes in the hot oil and deep fry till it turns golden brown.once it turns golden take it out from the oil and keep it aside.
  • Heat a pan and add cooking oil. add green chiili and garlic fry it for few seconds on medium flame.
  • Add yellow and green capsicum,onion and spring onion. fry it for a minute.
  • Add vinegar,soya sauce,green chilli sauce,red chilli sauce,tomato sauce and schezwan sauce and mix it well .
  • Add cornflour paste and salt to taste and mix it well.
  • Add fried potato mix it and cook it for a minute.
  • Garnish it with spring onion.
  • Ready to serve hot chilli potato.
