- rava /suji – 2 cup
- curd/yogurt – 1.5 cup
- salt to taste
- pinch of baking soda
- oil for greasing
- Add suji in a mixing bowl add curd,salt ,baking soda and mix it well without forming any lumps .
- keep it aside for 20 minutes or till absorb water.
- pour the idli batter into greased idli plate.
- steam them on medium flame for 15 minutes/till idlis are cooked completely.
- Ready to serve rava idli with cocunut chutney.
