INGREDIENTS

  • Paneer – 250 gm(cut into cubes)
  • gram flour(besan) – 1 cup
  • curd – 2 tbsp
  • ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
  • turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
  • cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
  • carom seeeds – 1/2 tsp
  • garam masala – 1 tbsp
  • chat masala – 1 tsp
  • kasuri methi – 1tsp
  • cooking oil
  • salt to taste
  • coriander leaves – 1tbsp
  • water as required

PROCESS

  • Heat a kadai and add cooking oil
  • Take a bowl add gram flour , curd, ginger garlic paste , turmeric powder , red chilli powder , carom seeds, cumin seeds, garam masala powder, kasuri methi ,chaat masala, chopped coriander, and salt to taste. Add some water and whisk to make a smooth batter.
  • Put paneer cubes in a batter and mix well.
  • put the paneer cubes in hot oil and dip fry till they turn golden brown and crispy.
  • place pakoras on serving plate and garnish it with coarinder leaves and serve with chutney.
