- egg – 4
- cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- onion(finely chopped) – 2
- green chilli – 2
- tomato (finely chopped)
- coriander leaves(chopped) – 1 tbsp
- salte to taste
- Heat a pan and add butter . Add cumin seeds and fry it for a seconds .
- Add green chillies ,onion , and fry it for 2 minutes on medium flame.
- break eggs in a bowl and whisk well.
- Add chopped tomatoes and salt mix well and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
- Add eggs mix well and cook it for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.
- Add coariender leaves and mix it.
- Ready to serve hot egg bhurji .
