INGREDIENTS:

  • Broken wheat(dalia) – 1 cup
  • Milk – 4 cup
  • Sugar – 3-4 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Cashew nuts – 8 – 10
  • Ghee – 2 tbsp

PROCESS:

  • Heat ghee in a boiler add broken wheat and saute it on medium flame.
  • Further, add milk and cardamom powder and mix it well.
  • Add cashew nuts and sugar cover the boiler and cook it for 10 – 15 minutes.
  • Garnished it with some cashews nuts.
  • Ready to serve.
