INGREDIENTS:

  • Cauliflower/gobi – 2 cup
  • Peas – 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli ( slit) – 2
  • Ginger(Chopped) – 2 inch
  • Garlic ( peeled and chopped) – 10-12
  • Onion ( finely chopped) – 2
  • Tomato ( finely chopped) – 2
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Bay leaves – 2
  • Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder – 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves(finely chopper) – 1 tbsp
  • Water 4 cup for boil the cauliflower

PROCESS:

  • In a vessel, add 3-4 cup water and a pinch of salt boil it.
  • Add 2 cup gobi into water and boil the gobi for 3-4 minutes.
  • Now, drain off the water and keep aside.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadai add bay leaves and cumin seeds fry it for 2-3 second.
  • Add green chillies, chopped ginger, chopped garlic and saute them for a minute.
  • Add onion and cook it until shrink.
  • Now, add chopped tomato and cook it for 2 minutes.
  • Further, add turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt according to your taste and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add boiled gobi and peas mix them into spices and add little water into it and cook it for 5 minutes.
  • Now, add garam masala powder, coriander leaves and mix it well.
  • Ready to serve hot gobi ki sabji with roti.
