INGREDIENTS:

FOR DOUGH :

  • Wheat flour/atta – 2 cup
  • Salt ( as per your taste)
  • water as required

FOR STUFFING:

  • Cauliflower/gobhi – 1 cup
  • Spinach/palak – 1 cup
  • Onion(finely chopped) – 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies(finely chopped) – 2
  • Garam masala – 1 tsp
  • Salt (as per your taste)
  • Oil as required (for bake the paratha’s)

PROCESS:

  • Take a bowl to add spinach, cauliflower, onion, green chillies, garam masala and salt as per your taste mix all the ingredients well.
  • In a bowl add 2 cups of wheat flour, pinch of salt and water as required and knead the dough. let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Now, divide the dough into equal portion take a small dough make a ball and make it in a circle and add 1 tbsp of stuffing in the centre and start the roll out into semi-thick discs, dusting with some wheat flour.
  • on a Tawa, place the rolled paratha and roast from both sides with oil till golden brown.
  • Serve hot mix paratha with yoghurt or pickle.
