Take a bowl to add spinach, cauliflower, onion, green chillies, garam masala and salt as per your taste mix all the ingredients well.
In a bowl add 2 cups of wheat flour, pinch of salt and water as required and knead the dough. let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
Now, divide the dough into equal portion take a small dough make a ball and make it in a circle and add 1 tbsp of stuffing in the centre and start the roll out into semi-thick discs, dusting with some wheat flour.
on a Tawa, place the rolled paratha and roast from both sides with oil till golden brown.
